you know, my name is Aerin SilverCrest. I am 14 years old and am in

the 9th grade. Well beginning this year I am in the 9th grade. I'm kinda

nervous about going into high school.This page might

seem very long-winded to some, but this is the page with

my ideas and feelings in it. I had to get them out! I would

My Philosophy

I live nowhere in particular, but I like to think of these pages as my home.

I know you're probably thinking, what on earth is she talking about!

These pages are only place on a computer. Well, techniquely yes,

this place is only on a computer. But it has always seemed like

my home. Ever since I began making my Spirit Pages, I have done

nothing else. It's as if my Spirit has nestled in somewhere in these pages.

Sounds crazy? Well considering that my parents are getting divorced,

I'm not quite sure where my home is. I feel safe knowing that out there

on the internet, this site is there and I can visit it whenever I choose to

and here, I am the boss. I make my own rules.

What is Spirit? (Melwyyn shares these views)

Spirit is a difficult thing to describe. Everyone has their

own definition of what it is. I feel as though it is a way of

living. It is being kind and thoughtful towards others. It is

trying to understand the other side of the story. It is being

kind and helpful to those less fortunate than yourself. It is

tolerating all types of people, all race, genders and

religions. But it is also tolerating the differences in people

of your own race, gender or religion. It's correcting people

in ways that make then feel stronger because of it. Spirit

is love and joy and peace, because without peace, love and

joy would be hard to find.

What kind of Spirit do you have?

I am an elf and a dragon. Its actually not as crazy as it

sounds. Really! It isn't! Have you ever imagined

yourself as some creature? A cat or maybe a dragon. Well

when I imagine myself as a creature, I immediately think

of an elf or a dragon. I love dragons, and I have that firey

temper. The world would probably be a pile of ashes,

if I was a dragon, because of my breathing fire. I admit it!

I have a terrible temper. I actually don't get angry a lot.

However when I do, I will bring down the roof. As for

the elf part, I've always thought of myself as having an

Elven Spirit. They way I think of certain things and just the way

I feel a lot of the time. I am a very michevous person by nature.

Where does your Spirit come from?

My Spirit comes from inside of me. It shows in everything

I do and feel. But if you would like to know what makes me feel

very spirited, I have to say helping people. I love

to be able to make a difference to someone, to see

their face light up when they understand something or

feel good about themselves.
